See What Usher Has To Say On $20m Herpes Lawsuit: "She Might Have Been Infected By now

Following the Georgia woman who allegedly report super star Usher for giving her genital herpes. This is what usher said so far:;



According to TMZ, the singer has responded to the $ 20 million lawsuit filed against him by a Georgia woman who claims he gave her genital herpes back in April.
In legal docs, Usher notes that the woman doesn’t make mention about whether she had been tested prior to their alleged sexual encounter. So, in response, he says: “A previous sexual partner very well may have already infected her.”



Furthermore, Usher makes the case that she also could have contracted herpes after their alleged encounter, adding that she assumed the risk of getting herpes by having “casual, unprotected sexual intercourse and/or oral sex.”
Despite the response, he does not make mention about whether or not he has the STD.
Usher is asking a judge to throw out the case.
