This is what usher said so far:; According to TMZ, the singer has responded to the $ 20 million lawsuit filed against him by a Georgia woman who claims he gave her genital herpes back in April. In legal docs, Usher notes that the woman doesn’t make mention about whether she had been tested prior to their alleged sexual encounter.
